This 2002 BMW M3 convertible was initially sold in Hawaii and later spent time in Texas and New Mexico before it was relocated to Florida. The car is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over gray leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed SMG sequential transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ M double-spoke wheels, xenon headlights, Park Distance Control, power-adjustable front sport seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, and automatic climate control. The clutch assembly and flywheel were replaced in September 2022, the SMG module was replaced in September 2023, and the propshaft, driveshaft center support bearing as well as the flex disc joint were reportedly replaced in May 2024. This E46 M3 is now offered by the selling dealer with the owner’s manual, service records, a TrueFrame report, and a clean Florida title.

The car is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) and is fitted with a black convertible soft top as well as xenon headlights, fog lights, Park Distance Control, and quad exhaust outlets. The convertible top hydraulic pump was replaced in August 2020. The Carfax report lists accident damage in a September 2009 entry, and the results of an October 2014 TrueFrame report are provided in the gallery.

The 18″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is provided by four-wheel ventilated discs. The tie rod boots were replaced in September 2023.

The cabin was refreshed in June 2024 with seating surfaces retrimmed in gray leather and various interior trim pieces painted black. Amenities include power-adjustable front sport seats, driver-seat memory settings, a Harman Kardon sound system, a BMW Business CD stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The exterior temperature sensor does not work.

The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features M-color stitching and frames a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 110k miles. The instrument cluster was repaired in February 2022.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The starter and throttle body actuator were replaced in June 2021, and the battery was replaced in February 2024.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed SMG sequential transmission and a limited-slip differential. The clutch assembly, flywheel, and the engine splash shield were replaced in September 2022, the gear actuator was rebuilt in February 2023, the SMG module and relay were replaced in September 2023, and the rear cross-joint gimbal shaft, propshaft, and the driveshaft center support bearing as well as the flex disc joint were reportedly replaced in May 2024.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage and notes an October 2014 damage inspection.
