This 2003 Maserati Spyder was acquired by the current owner in 2007, and it now shows 15k miles. Finished in Blu Nettuno Metallic over brown leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 connected to a Cambiocorsa six-speed automated transaxle. It also has a power-retractable blue soft top, 18″ alloy wheels, fog lights, heated seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, navigation, and automatic climate control. This Spyder is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a tool kit, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the owner’s name.
The Maserati Spyder was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, and this example is finished in Blu Nettuno Metallic. Features include a power-operated blue soft top, fog lights, a mesh front grille, and quad exhaust outlets.
The 18″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 235/40 front and 265/35 rear Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires that were installed in 2021. Braking is handled by black-finished calipers with Maserati script over cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. There are scuffs on the front wheels.
The cabin features heated seats trimmed in tan leather which extends to the lower dashboard, center console, and door panels. A Maserati-logo speaker grille has been installed between the seats, and appointments include a power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory settings as well as navigation and automatic climate control. The center dashboard vents and assorted center console buttons are sticky, and discoloration is present in the carpeting in the soft top storage compartment.
The steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted shift paddles and fronts a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 15k miles, approximately 3,800 of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.2-liter F136 DOHC V8 was jointly developed by Ferrari and Maserati and features dry-sump lubrication and a factory oil cooler for a rated output of 390 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed Cambiocorsa computer-controlled automated manual transaxle with column-mounted shift paddles.
The Carfax Report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
