This 2008 BMW Z4 M Roadster was sold new in British Colombia, Canada, and imported to the US in November 2021 before it was previously listed on BaT in June 2022 and acquired by the seller later that year. It is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over black leather and powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is equipped with the Premium Package, which added heated power-adjustable seats and a premium sound system, while additional features include a BMW Business CD stereo, automatic climate control, dual roll hoops, a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, 18″ Style 224M alloy wheels, and cross-drilled disc brakes. This Z4 M Roadster shows 25k miles and is offered with a clean Carfax report and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
Just 3,041 Z4 M Roadsters were produced for the North American market between 2006 and 2008, and this example is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) with a black convertible soft top. Equipment includes xenon headlights with concealed washers as well as rain-sensing windshield wipers, M badging, and quad-exit exhaust outlets. Exterior blemishes are pictured up close in the gallery below.
The 18″ Style 224M alloy wheels are mounted with 225/45 front and 255/40 rear Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 tires. Braking is handled by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors at each corner, and the Z4 M was equipped with a revised steering rack sourced from the contemporary M3 CSL. The brake fluid was flushed in December 2022.
The heated power-adjustable sport seats are trimmed in black Nappa leather while carbon-look trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The Premium Package added Bluetooth connectivity and a premium sound system. Additional features include dual roll hoops, a backlit shift knob, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a BMW Business CD stereo. A screw cover is missing from the left side of the center console and the finish on the left door switch panel is peeling.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 190-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The factory metric speedometer gauge face was replaced with a US-specification component under previous ownership. The finish on the steering wheel plastic trim is peeling. The digital odometer shows 25k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added during current ownership.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies and double-VANOS variable valve timing. Output was rated at 330 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
The Pennsylvania title is listed as a duplicate.
