This 1966 Cadillac Eldorado was acquired by the seller in 2001 and is said to have been owned in New Jersey since new. The car is finished in Florentine Gold Firemist over Light Gold leather and powered by a 429ci V8 paired with a three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic transmission. A power-operated black convertible soft top is fitted along with fender skirts, vertical taillights, power windows and door locks, power steering and brakes, and a push-button AM/FM radio. This Eldorado Convertible is offered with service records, a car cover, spare parts, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Florentine Gold Firemist and the car has a power-operated black soft top. Additional equipment includes chrome bumpers and rocker-panel trim, a driver-side mirror, removable rear fender skirts, a power antenna, and stacked headlights. Paint checking around the car and rust on the left rear quarter panel are shown in the gallery, and the windshield washer pump does not work.

The 15″ steel wheels wear covers and are mounted with 235/75 BFGoodrich whitewall tires. A full-size spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted drums at all four corners. The wheel cylinders were replaced in July 2021.

The interior features front and rear bench seating upholstered in Light Gold leather. Metal and wood trim adorns the door panels, and additional equipment includes power windows and door locks, polished door sills, rubber floor mats, and a push-button AM/FM radio. The air conditioning system does not work, the blower motor is noisy, and the power-adjustable driver’s seat is stuck in position.

The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a telescoping and tilting column and frames a 120-mph speedometer along with an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 67k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership. The dashboard lights do not work.

The 429ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor that was rebuilt in August 2019. The starter was replaced in January 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic transmission.
