This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was delivered new to Lyle Chevrolet in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and was refurbished under prior ownership, reportedly in 2016, with work that included refinishing the body in red as well as re-trimming the interior in black vinyl. Power is provided by a 427ci L71 V8 linked to a four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction differential. The car is equipped with a removable hardtop, a black soft top, an aftermarket air conditioning system, an aftermarket digital stereo, 15″ Rally wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, and side-exit exhaust pipes. This C2 Corvette convertible was purchased by the seller in 2022 and is now offered with an NCRS Shipping Data Report, parts records, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The fiberglass body was delivered from the factory in Ermine White and has been refinished in red, reportedly in 2016. Exterior features include a removable hardtop, a black soft top, a black-striped stinger hood, retractable headlights, chrome split bumpers, fender vents, a driver-side mirror, and a side-exit exhaust system with heat shields.

The 15″ Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps and are mounted with P225/70r15 BFGoodrich redline tires. The C2 Corvette featured fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. This example is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in replacement black vinyl as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include aftermarket air conditioning, a heater, a vertical push-button AM/FM radio, an analog clock, and lap belts.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, amperage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 54k miles, fewer than 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 427ci L71 V8 is equipped with three two-barrel carburetors and was factory rated at 435 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

The engine stamping is pictured. The JE suffix corresponds with a 435-horsepower, 427ci L71 V8 for use with a manual transmission.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
