This 2005 BMW 330Ci convertible was initially sold in the US and was imported to Canada in November 2009 where it was purchased by the seller in April 2024. The car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and is fitted with the ZHP Performance Package, which added revised aerodynamic bodywork, a sport suspension, and a revised final drive ratio. The car is finished in Mystic Blue Metallic over gray Montana leather, and features include heated front sport seats, 18″ M Double Spoke wheels, a black convertible top, adaptive xenon headlights, navigation, and a Harman Kardon sound system. This ZHP convertible has 98k miles, and it is now offered in Canada with the owner’s manual, a removable wind deflector, a clean Carfax report, and Ontario registration.

The car is finished in Mystic Blue Metallic (A07) and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as an aerodynamic package that includes revised bumper covers and side skirts. Additional features include adaptive xenon headlights, fog lamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and twin exhaust outlets. There is an indentation in the rear bumper cover. Additional paint blemishes are shown in detail in the gallery.

Silver 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with General G-Max AS-05 tires. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The brake pads and rotors were replaced under current ownership, per the seller.

The cabin features heated front sport seats trimmed in gray Montana leather, while black cube aluminum trim accents the dash, center console, and door panels. Amenities include front seat power lumbar support, driver-seat memory settings, automatic climate control, cruise control, navigation, a BMW Business CD stereo, a remote CD changer, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The seller notes that the automatic dimming feature of the rearview mirror is not functional.

The multi-function M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 98k miles, approximately 3k of which were added during current ownership.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six features upgraded engine management software along with revised camshafts for a factory rating of 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification. The fuel filter and spark plugs are said to have been replaced under current ownership.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.

The vehicle does not have a title and is being sold on its Ontario registration, which serves as the ownership document in Ontario, Canada.
