The 650S utilizes a carbon-fiber chassis and an aluminum rear subframe. This example is finished in Mantis Green with a carbon-fiber front splitter, rocker accents, side intakes, and rear bumper insert. Additional exterior details include LED lighting, a power-retractable hardtop, dihedral doors, front and rear parking sensors, and an active rear wing that doubles as an air brake. Blemishes in the front splitter are shown up close in photos below.
Stealth-finished 19″ and 20″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The vehicle is equipped with an optional vehicle lift system as well as McLaren’s ProActive chassis control, which features Normal, Sport, and Track driving modes. Stopping power is provided by green-finished McLaren-branded calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic discs.
The heated power-adjustable bucket seats have McLaren logos embroidered on the headrests and are upholstered in black Alcantara that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior amenities include seat-position memory, push-button start, a Meridian sound system, a rear-view camera, a vertically oriented touchscreen with navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel features carbon-fiber trim and fronts a central 9k-rpm tachometer with an inset digital speedometer flanked by two digital displays. The digital odometer indicates 47k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 was factory rated at 641 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
