This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider was first delivered to Ferrari of Newport Beach in California, and it has 20k miles following registration history in the state. Finished in Nero Daytona over tan leather with black accents and piping, the car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered in New Hampshire by the selling dealer with a Ferrari Vehicle Identification Passport, a copy of the window sticker, owner’s manuals, a car cover, and a clean California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero Daytona and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a carbon-fiber rear panel, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Clear paint-protection film has reportedly been applied to the lower portions of the doors along with the front bumper cover, hood, fenders, headlight lenses, A-pillars, and side skirts.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors. The brake fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in tan leather with black piping and accents, and the cabin features a matching center console and door panel inserts. Equipment includes a CD stereo, air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks.

The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 20k miles.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Carbon-fiber trim adorns the engine bay. The oil and transaxle fluids were changed and the battery and spark plugs were replaced in June 2024.

A photocopy of the window sticker lists initial delivery to Ferrari of Newport Beach in California along with factory equipment and a total suggested retail price of $294,215.

The Ferrari Vehicle Identification Passport contains photos of the car during various phases of its construction. The sale also includes owner’s manuals and a car cover.

The Carfax report shows at least one open recall.
