No Reserve: 41k-Mile 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG Cabriolet

This 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG cabriolet was specified in Brilliant Silver Metallic over Designo Anthracite leather, and it has 41k miles. It is powered by a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, and features include a black convertible soft top, 17″ AMG multi-piece alloy wheels, xenon headlights, fog lights, multicontour power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a Bose sound system. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in June 2024 and the convertible top hydraulic cylinders and rear tires were replaced and the wheels refinished in preparation for the sale. This A208 CLK55 AMG cabriolet is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, a recent service invoice, a removable wind deflector, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.

The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features include AMG aerodynamic bodywork and a power-operated black convertible soft top. Additional exterior details include a monoblade windshield wiper, xenon headlights, headlight washers, fog lights, and heated side mirrors. Silver-finished 17″ five-spoke AMG multi-piece alloy wheels were refinished in preparation for the sale, and they are mounted with Continental SportContact 2 SSR and ExtremeContact tires. The rear tires were replaced in June 2024. Braking is handled by discs at each corner, and the car is equipped with electronic stability control.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable multicontour front seats trimmed in Designo Anthracite leather, while wood veneers accent the center console and door panels. Amenities include front seat position memory, a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a Bose sound system.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames an AMG-branded 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 41k miles.

The 5.4-liter AMG V8 was factory rated at 342 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets were replaced in May 2020, and work in preparation for the sale has included a coolant flush and an oil change as well as replacing various filters.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.
