This 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL was initially delivered to Phoenix Motor Company in Phoenix, Arizona, and it shows 54k miles following the seller’s purchase in 2023. It is finished in Petrol Blue Green Metallic over Creme Beige leather upholstery and is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a black soft top, a removable hardtop, chrome-plated 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels, fog lights, a Becker cassette stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, an alarm system, electric windows, central locking, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This R107 is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.

The car was finished from the factory in Petrol Blue Green Metallic (877) and has been refinished. Exterior features include a color-matched removable hardtop, a black convertible soft top that is said to have been replaced, quad headlights, fog lights, a power antenna, and chrome-accented bumpers and trim. There is a ding in the hardtop chrome trim, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Chrome-plated 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin tires that were mounted under current ownership. Bilstein dampers have been added, and the car was factory-equipped with power steering, a fully independent suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The front brake pads and rotors, steering dampener, tie rods, and center link were reportedly replaced under current ownership.

The two bucket seats are upholstered in Creme Beige leather. The carpeting and wood trim have reportedly been replaced, and interior equipment includes an alarm system, electric windows, central locking, cruise control, automatic climate control, air conditioning, and a Becker cassette stereo, the latter of which is said to have Bluetooth connectivity.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 170-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 227 horsepower and 279 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes scrapes on the exhaust components.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Phoenix Motor Company in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $65,780.
