This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera cabriolet was purchased by the seller in June 1996, and it was specified in Midnight Blue Metallic over Classic Grey partial leather. It is powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle, and equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a blue soft top, 17″ Cup II wheels, power-adjustable front seats, a, cruise control, air conditioning, and a Continental CD stereo with Bluetooth and USB connectivity. This 993 Carrera cabriolet is now offered with the owner’s manual, an inspection report, service records, a tool kit, a car cover, an air compressor, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic (L39C) and features a power-retractable blue soft top as well as headlight washers, fog lights, power-adjustable mirrors, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. The rear quarter panels were refinished after paint damage caused by removal of the old stone guards, and replacement stone guards were fitted after the panels were painted. The convertible top release cables were replaced, and updated gears were fitted in March 2021.

Silver-finished 17″ Cup II wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires that were installed in March 2024. The car is equipped with an Automatic Braking Differential (ABD), and braking is handled by Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.

The cabin features power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Classic Grey leather along with Porsche-branded floor mats in the footwells. Amenities include  cruise control, air conditioning, and a Continental CD stereo with Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 180-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 21k miles. It was repaired in February 2024, and therefore total mileage is unknown. Service records from before the repair showing mileage progression are viewable in the image gallery below.

The air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six features a VarioRam intake system and was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. The accessory belts were replaced in June 2018, and the engine lid struts were replaced and an oil change performed in February 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and an optional limited-slip differential.
