This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan leather upholstery. The car has a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, a CD stereo, navigation, machined aluminum pedals, a wind deflector, and automatic climate control. The seller acquired the car in 2020, and work in 2023 included repairing the instrument cluster in addition to changing the oil and replacing the convertible top rams, right-rear tire, front timing cover gasket, and spark plugs. This F430 Spider is now offered with service records, a car cover, a Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and has a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights with washers, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Damage to the left-front portion of the body is listed in a December 2016 entry of the Carfax report, and work in January 2017 included repairing the left-front support frame, refinishing the front end and rocker panels, and replacing the front bumper cover, left-front fender, left side marker, grille, left headlight washer jet, and driver’s side headlight. The convertible top rams were replaced in June 2023, and the seller states the exterior has received touch-up paint in addition to a replacement hood. Wear is located near the driver’s door handle.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with staggered-width Michelin tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The left-front brake caliper was replaced in January 2017, at which time the front and right-rear wheels were also replaced. Four tires were mounted in March 2023.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpeting. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, and additional appointments include automatic climate control, machined aluminum pedals, a CD stereo, navigation, a wind deflector, and power windows and locks. The “auto” button on the center console was replaced in 2023. Wear is visible on the door panels.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 12k miles, approximately 6k of which were added during current ownership. Work in March 2023 included repairing the instrument cluster.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed and the front timing cover gasket and spark plugs were replaced in March 2023.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident and lists at least one open recall.
