This 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet has remained registered in Georgia from new though the seller’s purchase in 2011, and it now shows 129k miles. The car is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in black over beige leather upholstery. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control. This A124 E320 is offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black with gray lower cladding and features a power-operated black convertible soft top, headlight wipers, a power-telescoping antenna, bright trim, asymmetrical side mirrors, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. The hydraulic cylinders were rebuilt in 2016, the soft top was replaced in 2016, and the convertible control module was replaced in 2021. A November 2009 entry on the Carfax report lists an accident, although it states that the vehicle was not damaged. Paint touch-ups have been performed around the body, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Silver 15″ Alamak alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Defenders tires that were mounted in 2019. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.

The cabin features power-adjustable front seats upholstered in beige leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Burl wood accents the dash, center stack, and doors, while amenities include a cassette stereo, drive position memory, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The trunk-mounted CD changer does not work.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 129k miles, approximately 71k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. The head gasket was replaced in 2009, the wiring harness was replaced in 2011, and the engine control module was replaced in 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.

Manufacturer’s literature will accompany the sale.

The Carfax report lists the aforementioned November 2009 accident.
