This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was modified under prior ownership with louvered fender vents, a front air dam, a rear wing, and an aftermarket hood. A 502ci V8 was installed in 2018 and features a Weiand intake manifold, Edelbrock cylinder heads, and Hooker headers that feed into side exhaust pipes. The car wears faded maroon paint and is equipped with a removable hardtop, a black soft top, a four-speed manual transmission, a Positraction limited-slip differential, and 15″ Centerline wheels. The seller notes that the car runs and drives, but is not suitable for street use due to rust in the frame. A replacement rolling chassis and frame assembly will accompany the car. This C3 convertible project is now offered at no reserve with a Colorado title.
The fiberglass body wears faded, cracked, and chipped maroon paint and has been modified with louvered fender vents, a front air dam, a rear wing, and an L88-style hood. Additional details include a body-color removable hardtop, a black soft top, hideaway headlights, and side exhaust pipes.
Centerline 15″ alloy wheels wear spinner-style center caps and are mounted with staggered BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires that display cracking. The car rides on four-wheel independent suspension, and braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in worn black vinyl as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. An Alpine cassette stereo is installed and accompanied by a heater, woodgrain trim, aftermarket pedals, and lap belts. Fading and wear is noted around the interior, and split seams are visible in the seat upholstery.
The aftermarket steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while auxiliary gauges for fuel level, battery charge, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 6k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 502ci big-block V8 was installed in 2018 and is equipped with a Weiand aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, and Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads. A Be Cool aluminum radiator is installed along with dual electric cooling fans, an MSD ignition coil, and Hooker exhaust headers.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and an optional Positraction limited-slip differential. There is rust on the frame and other chassis and drivetrain components. A spare frame will accompany the car and is said to have been removed from another four-speed model.

There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
